Hannah and her assistant, Jennifer, were amazing!! They both were very communicative and extremely helpful in my husbands criminal case, whereas his original lawyer was not helpful at all. Hannah truly made us feel like we matter, she’s kind, considerate and really cares about her clients. She was very attentive on getting my husbands case moved along to get him out of jail and stayed on top of others involved to get him home to his family. We would recommend Hannah 10/10. The most disappointing and unprofessional attorney to work with. I payed her around $2,000.00 for a driving violation. She NEVER updated me on my case, I had to call her, or text her and go days without an update when it is the attorneys job to call and update you. I now have an FTA due to the lack of communication and representation from Hannah Hayes. She is now dodging my calls and not answering any texts. I would never hire her again in my life and I do not recommend anyone to hire her. When it was time for her to charge she her office would call and call but when it’s the other way around you can’t ever get an answer. She also makes public TikTok’s making fun of her clients situation. Save your time, money and reputation by going somewhere else.
