I've been calling since Monday secretary was rude. I call Tueday Nerver answer.... Came in today 10-01-25 at 1:12pm and it was closed no signs on when they have lunch or anything.

Very poor customer service. Lady on the phone was very rude when she was asked a simple question. Also tried to tell me it was $40 to put a stop payment on a check which is false information. I wonder what other false information is given out... Do not recommend...

This man is unbelievable, his bias showed when dealing with a mental health patient. He had a Mental Health patient with former addiction issues, He made his own judgement. when he was told she was in a Methadone clinic he said nothing in court and allowed a woman with TBI and has 11 year old son be evicted from her husbands house without a divorce, by her Mother in Law...Make sense? It has been reported by that client Mr. Ransom said nothing in court and allowed an injustice to play out.

I paid $750 to him,,I would had rather given it to an old lady paying for groceries at Walmart. By far worst representation I'd ever experienced. He knows what he did and didn't do.i can't even get appropriate visitation with my son.

This man is representing my ex in our divorce/ and her words are he told her she can sell anything she wants / equitable distribution. She has sold trailers tractors all because this man said it’s okay ,,, I’m representing myself and I have called many times to discuss an agreement with his client not one returned phone call
