If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst closing I have ever had. I have been a real estate broker in North Carolina for almost 9 years and I have closed 100’s of files. This office is absolutely unprofessional. They lost documents and pointed fingers at the lender. My whole file was a disaster from start to finish. This firm made things more difficult. We are way pass our contract closing date. My buyers rate lock expired because their office said they had no timeslots . Fast forward Here it is finally closing day 4:40 PM and my clients deed has not been recorded. My client signed their closing documents at 10 AM this morning. And at 4:40 PM they are still asking for invoices that was sent to them a week ago!! I got two different stories on why the deed have not b
