The lady behind the desk was nice and was as helpful as she could be. The problem is that to get a transcript you can only do it online, then pay online. Then when you pay online they charge a convenience fee. This is not convenient because I was already there and they couldn't help me. Then they don't provide a printer for the recipe, how convenient. So it's just stealing your money and inconveniencing people.
