Hired Ben Morgan after he said he could help us with a neighbor disturbance situation. He sent out a letter totally lacking in the main detail (a crowing rooster which he called "chickens" in the letter. They are certainly not the same when you are talking about a noise disturbance.) He received back a letter stating there was precedence against our "chicken" claim (despite the fact that we stressed to him the topic was the roosters). When asked about this he said "of course I knew that." He also forwarded the letter without any explanation and behaved as if he was being bothered when we called to get his recommendation on moving forward. Not sure why he took our money and ruined any chance of suing the neighbor because he left out the key detail. A crowing rooster - not clucking chickens.
