Attorney Hayes resolved an issue that was “stuck” in limbo in the Randolph County Courts for more than 4 years. During the initial consultation he was professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be.done. He explained that it would be a somewhat timely process as we needed to allow for responses from others. The process wasn’t as long as expected and he kept us updated as progress was made. His Assistant Wendy was wonderful to work with. When she didn’t have the answer at hand, she found it and followed up. His fees for service were reasonable. Another local attorney charged double Atty. Hayes’ fees and accomplished nothing. I will definitely retain Atty Hayes if needed in the future.

Had a extremely important case that I brought to his attention regarding wrongful eviction. During consultation he yawned in my face and ultimately told me ill go to civil court and lose. He took me $ for the 5 min consultation. I went elsewhere and got out of my situation the next day. They say he isn't about the money well thats all I see for a 5 mins consultation and I get yawning and the lowest confidence I've ever seen in a lawyer. "YOU WILL GO TO COURT AND LOSE" ill never forget that! Do not go here got a better chance under self representation. Give me my money back for that consultation im completely distraught regarding the 4.6 starts here. More like 1/2 a star because they didn't do anything for me but take my money.

I have hired Shaun 3 times now for different custody issues. He has never disappointed! The first 2 cases were won with no issues and I am not worried about this third one.
