They have been really good to my mom and Dad. Well before my Dad's death. Mom said Mathew Benton, treated her amazing! She felt he treated her with the same respect as he would a paying customer. Also Mr. Byerly has worked with Mom and I believe my dad and he to treated them with respect unlike other people who had represented them and treated them like they was not good and didn't just try to do just enough to get by an be done like most other they had to deal with thanks!

If you have a dire emergency for a will, skip this company. I did my part. Had the paperwork back within 24 hours. I lost 4 precious days just to be told my timeframe could not be accommodated. The office was aware of my mothers terminal state. I was told I would get a callback. This office Never called back. Another precious day wasted. Instead of holding my mothers hand while on her death bed, I am forced to find a dependable attorney in her last days. They stole my competent days that she had waiting for them . Why wait 4 days to tell me that it would be weeks before she could be helped???? I’m beside myself. I hope no family has to feel this heartache. Definitely appreciative of everything they have done for me during my child custody case. He has stayed in touch with me. At times I feel like I have to stay on them but I also have to take into account I am not their only client and the amount of clients they have right now on the dockets I can’t imagine how over ran with paperwork they are.

2 years ago my wife walked out on our marriage and moved 3 hours away. She filed for separation and divorce nowhere near where we lived so I had to find a lawyer in that area.
