Daryl Davidson is the most horrible attorney. I was in no way involved in my charges. I sat in jail for 4.5 months, asking him to get me a bond reduction. In which he told me no that I would sit for at least a year until he could get it to trial or I could take a plea bargain. I took the plea bargain so that I could get out and get home to my babies. It later came out that I was actually not involved in the charges that were taken on me when the person who actually done it admitted to it. Had I been able to get a bond that my family could afford to get me out on I would have been able to take it to trial and a judge would have saw that I was 100% innocent. He is being reported to the bar, now that the truth has come out.

My brother found Mr. Davidson online and had a brief phone conversation with him after learning is attorney was not a good fit. Although this was a last minute retainment, there were no issues.Both my brother and I had a great feeling after speaking with Tonya and Mr. Davidson. Each time we spoke with the office it was a friendly encounter. They had no issues explaining the cost and how they would be moving forward. Although my brothers previous attorney worked something out las min. Mr. Davidson still took it upon himself to see my brother was being treated fairly. I would highly recommend this firm and would use them again if needed.

All around a bad lawyer and a very unprofessional office all around. Stay away from Daryl Davidson law office. Child custody case we give him 5000 grand and he put a clause in the contract the after the first hearing and custody arrangements he screwed us and didn’t do a one year follow up. See line 12!!!! I tried calling him 6 weeks before court date. He never returned a call. He spoke with me for less than a minute the day of court. He was rude and cut me off when I tried to give him some documents & information that if he were going to represent me to the best of his ability (which he took a oath to do) he needed to have. I didn't get to hear how much time he told the judge he spent on my case. But I'm sure it was more than the 30 seconds that he actually spent on it. And someone should tell him that the bow tie is ridiculous.
