They waited until 30 mins before they left for vacation to tell me my address was wrong and then never spoke to me again, very dissatisfied with this customer service. They didn't tell me how or when to pay my ticket and then left for the holidays and never sent me the email they said or called back after I tried calling them back 4 or 5 times over the course of a week and even have writing emails to everyone... I paid them to have my ticket taken care of in SEPTEMBER and they wait until almost the end of the year to tell me there was a problem. This is just crazy. I wish I would've been treated better.

Hard working and experienced attorney. The rough reviews on here must be aberrations. I have known Joel for years and he always works hard for his clients no matter who they are or what legal issues they are facing.

I called Three times in One week. That was Two weeks ago at this point... I talked to the Secretary... She was supposed to relay him the message to give me a call after finished meeting with another client... And still Three weeks later haven't heard a word from Joel Harbinson. Don't know if he didn't get the message or just didn't have the time to call or what???
