An update to this review: I originally gave this office 1 star. If you read on you will understand why.However Ms. Cyndi Quay was made aware of this situation and took the time to write to me apologizing for the treatment that I received earlier and to let me know she had educated her staff on laws pertaining to service dogs. She said they have never encountered this situation before. I feel that ANY business that is open to the public and handicapped accessible should make all of their employees aware of these laws. One of the reasons that I chose a veteran owned business was because I felt they would be “in touch” with any particular veteran’s needs or issues.
