I can't say enough good things about my experience with Michelle Jerome and her staff. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the adoption process, her services were affordable, and we never waited more than a couple hours (if that long) for a response to questions. Truly a five star experience!

This particular lawyer has handled my past divorce wonderfully. Recently she has been horrible. I'm pretty sure she has been comprised on all fronts. 10 years ago when she represented me properly, she was the best in New Bern. I automatically came back to her because of her consistency. Now she is a different person. Unprofessional, condescending and comprised. I have literally seen her be friendly with the opposition. Be careful. This is not the best option anymore. Hopefully she comes around and learns to treat her clients better.
