Unprofessional and concerning behavior. This law firm sent out threatening legal letters to an entire neighborhood, including many homes that are not part of the area involved in the lawsuit. I received one of these letters, even though my address is clearly outside the boundaries of the neighborhood in question. It appears there was little to no effort made to verify whether the recipients were even relevant to the case. When I called their office to notify them of the error and requested a letter confirming that my property was not involved, I was met with rudeness. I was told, rather dismissively, that “all I needed to know” was that my address wasn’t part of the lawsuit.
