I contracted with Billy Strickland for a personal injury case. Within the 3 years it has taken to be resolved Billy ethics on communication should be a negative star. I only spoke to him the day of signing the contract and 3 years later when he called me trying to manipulate me and passively threatening me to accept a ridiculously unfair settlement in my favor. Over the course of the 3 years I have been trying to get full disclosure and all my discovery in this legal matter, & each time my request was brushed off & then ignored. A Goldsboro Police officer ran through an intersection in his patrol car on a red light with no siren on and hit my vehicle with my 9 year old son and I in the car. I submitted the accident report after it took the Goldsboro Police Department 5 days to send it to me, and I also submitted the accident photos. It’s been two weeks. Every time I call the law firm they have the secretary send me to voicemail just to not return my phone call. I can’t even get a lawyer to call me back with any information. Not proactive whatsoever.
