As someone who has unfortunately had dealings with Diedra Luker and her associates, Heather Patton and Jeff Phillips, in their roles as prosecutors, I must say that their approach to their duties leaves much to be desired. While they may hold the title of prosecutors, Luker, Patton, and Phillips consistently exhibit a stunning lack of competence in the execution of their responsibilities. Despite their legal training and experience, they seem woefully unprepared to handle the intricacies of the cases they prosecute.
