This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had speaking to anyone at a law firm regarding my need for legal representation. I am currently going through a very traumatic event in my life, and it was extremely frustrating to encounter someone who was so insensitive and dismissive of my situation. The person who answered the phone continuously cut me off and failed to listen or even attempt to understand what I was explaining. My concern was that the other party’s complaint did not include any of the information I provided—which is common in divorce cases when the filing party is attempting to avoid accountability. Yet, instead of considering this, she repeatedly said she was “confused because none of that is in what he originally filed.”I found this response completely invalidating. It
