They do not answer the phone, or return calls. Very bad when the mess up a deed and they won’t answer to get it fixed.

I would not recommend this office for real estate closings. The communication is poor. No one answers the phones and they do not return voicemails. They will not schedule your closing until they get the clear to close. So this is inconvenient for buyers that need a time and date to let their employer know ahead of time. Both my buyers and my Sellers because this was a dual Agency transaction. We’re very disappointed with thisAttorney. Even our lender was frustrated. My broker in charge was not happy either. The worst ran office I have ever dealt with.

Mr. Patterson is top notch when it comes to closings. Compared to other attorneys in the area who do real estate he was so much more cost effective with the same results. I'm coming back now for estate planning and I'll update the review once we're done. Would recommend PG to anyone.

If I could leave a negative star I would. We bid and won a contract on a HUD home. All signatures were signed in a timely manor except the attorneys. He saw the contract but since he failed to sign in a timely manner it voided the contract. He was called twice by our real estate agency and never returned the call. Now we are having to rebid and start the process over again. Needless to say this law firm will no longer be our closing agent. YOU'RE FIRED!
