UPDATE: Since Beth Bullock didn't provide accounting or refund we had to send the attorney a personal demand letter. A few days before we were going to file for court action she sent a check refunding 2/3 of the deposit amount without any proof of what she was collecting the 1/3 of the money paid for. She was paid in full separately for her consultations and provided nothing else as legal services. I still do not recommend this attorney unless you can pay when the job is completed. So far, Beth and her staff have been amazing with our case. They are very good to my daughter and very nice/professional when she calls and ask questions or just needs reassuring. Beth knows what she's doing, that's for certain. She took our case when others wouldn't. We will never be able to say thank you enough. Without her, our situation would have turned out a lot differently.

Zero stars—if that were an option. Beth Bullock demonstrated a level of disengagement and professional negligence that is frankly indefensible for a GAL. She met with me once for approximately one hour, during which my concerns were dismissed rather than examined. I received exactly one perfunctory response afterward, assuring me she would “look into” an issue. She never did. What followed was complete abdication of responsibility. My emails, phone calls, and messages were systematically ignored. She never observed me interacting with my children, never gathered relevant context, and never made a discernible effort to understand the family she was supposedly tasked with advocating for. She was a GAL who wouldn’t listen to me, wouldn’t look deeper, and who honestly did NOT care! She met w me once! Once! 1 hour only. That’s it. No follow up, no returned calls, no appointments allowed to be scheduled, no effort to see me w my children, no chance to look into this case, no returned emails. I would highly recommend her for any & all family court cases. She got me my girls back at a temporary hearing & I didn't even have to speak one word. Beth Bullock is awesome.
