I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the loan contract letter I paid for. I paid the full fee of $1,500.00 on January 15, 2026 for the preparation of my loan contract letter. At the time of payment, I was clearly told that the document would be ready within a couple of days. Today is January 26, 2026, and I still have not received the loan contract. Since making the payment, I have received calls from different people using different phone numbers, but there has been no proper follow-up or communication afterward. This lack of consistency and responsibility has caused unnecessary delay and stress in my case. I am extremely frustrated by this experience. After collecting the full fee, there appears to be no proper care or accountability toward the client.

Hope you have endless money if you hire them! Paid initial fee of $1600 then after weeks of work getting info to them the lawyer decided to BAIL out of the case-leaving my mom starting over, costing her time and money! Was told refund would be coming. THAT REFUND WAS LESS THAN $300. King charges for every time your name is mentioned in their office. My 76 year old mom took a $1300 loss of money she didn’t have to burn. Hired Beth Bullock and job is DONE for a lot less money! And their office is quite friendly. King Law-no need to respond to this!

I set up a consultation and paid the $50. The attorney gave no type of consulting, instead only said they needed $5,000 to continue. That is called an estimate, not a consultation. They don't know the law. Said I would get my refund in a couple days. Here we are months later with them still not sending my money back.

Although my case currently hasn't come to final resolution, everyone at King Law has been extremely helpful. Communication is very good and I have no reason to expect anything but fantastic results!

However, I have since revised my rating to three stars, reflecting the company’s commendable response to my concerns. They took the time to thoroughly understand what transpired and demonstrated a genuine willingness to address the situation by offering a refund. I truly appreciate their dedication to preventing similar issues in the future and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, I was impressed by their readiness to listen and engage with my feedback. While this experience has improved my perception of the company, I regret that I had to seek assistance from another firm due to the time constraints I faced. Nonetheless, their efforts to rectify the situation did not
