Worked with Barbara Burton for a home that I sold in North Myrtle Beach. Barbara was always available, quick to reply to questions, knowledgeable, and diligent in her follow up. The process was extremely smooth. I would highly recommend.

I hired them for a simple Commercial eviction and was given a quote and a timeline on getting the tenant out. The price was 3 to 6 times what was quoted and it took 3 times longer than they said. I finally started making phone calls to the court and I got got the tenant out myself !!! They don't communicate, and when you pressure them for an update via email (1 or two sentence email) they charge you big time, every time. They are lazy and don't follow up with the courts. They cost me an additional tens of thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and find a law firm that actually does there job!!! Your better off representing yourself !!! Too bad there is no ZERO star option. They suck!!!
