They helped me close on a new house in less than a month. There were a couple last-minute seller issues but they were still able to get things completed & cleared up. Andrea was very responsive and helpful. Patrick was great too and explained everything well during closing. My only suggestion would be a "welcome" email when first starting the process (for me this was dropping off the earnest payment). As a first-time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect, how long things take, or what the next steps were. Even a pre-set stock email outlining the process would be helpful. I read all the super positive reviews here and was eager to reach out to them for my needs. I called and spoke with a lovely lady who answered the phone. She explained Mr Neil would want to speak with me directly concerning my inquiry and the circumstances. She put me through to his voicemail and without hesitation I left him a detailed message about the three separate things I needed a lawyer to assist me with. That was 2.5 weeks ago. I waited a full week thinking he was certainly busy and because of the incredible reviews I was certain it was worth the wait. It’s now been 2.5 weeks and I haven’t even gotten a return call. So frustrating.
