We did not have a good experience with the attorneys we worked with at this firm. We had a relatively complicated deed and LLC situation-- they were hired to help fix errors made by another attorney. Throughout the process we felt like we were treated as annoyances rather than paying clients-- and let's just say this was not cheap! As a fellow attorney, I tried to be mindful of asking appropriate questions, but it felt like the attorneys were too focused on taking CYA measures with their emails instead of communicating in a helpful tone. By way of explanation for any forgetfulness or slow responses on my behalf, at the beginning of the engagement I explained that I was living out of state undergoing cancer treatment. This team did not seem to care one iota that this engagement was running
