If I could give 0 stars, I would. My beloved sister passed and named me as direct beneficiary for a small payout in her the trust account she set up that was managed by this firm. They never initiated contact with me. It’s like pulling teeth to get documentation and information that I am legally entitled to have. First I was ignored, and when not ignored, condescended to and the n back to ignored. Have had phone calls literally picked up and hung up. Rude and unprofessional paralegal. To be treated this way, at my age after my sisters tragic death is disgraceful.

My experience with this law firm was miserable. They never returned phone calls or my emails. When talking face to face they were rude and short with answers. I would Never tell ANYONE to use this horrible law firm. How you’re still in business is beyond me. If there were a zero star rating I’d give that!!

My father's will did not make it clear that once his second wife passed the house and property would be deeded to his kids. 10 years later we tried to sell the house and were told we could not but our attorney would not tell us why. Bought our house recently through them and enjoyed the whole experience. This is my second purchase of a home and this was by far a better experience. We had no issues on contacting them and they were all very friendly and helpful all the time. I had a lot of questions and they were always willing to stay on the line until we knew what was needed from us. Great overall experience and would recommend for sure!
