I retained Mike in 2019 to represent me in a divorce case. The divorce included several appearances in family court and wasn't finally resolved until just a few weeks ago. Mike is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. I had him for my divorce stuff and we took loss after loss after loss due to his negligence and laziness. The burden of proof is usually on the plaintiff but he didn’t seem to know that. Office staff were just rude and also lazy. Don’t have to believe me on things just ask others in the area what he’s been accused of.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Should have read reviews on here. My best friend used them for a custody case and paid them $2k. Michael J. Saglimben was the attorney and he was never available. For $2k he attended the initial hearing for which he was woefully prepared and did not defend his client at all. He never bothered to make an appointment with her to review the case prior to the court date. We made several phone calls during this 3-4 month period for legal consultation when issues with the opposing party came up. During this time the office staff who answered the phones were rude and acted put out. They promised return calls by Mr. Saglimben which never occurred. The whole experience was awful.
