If you have a case ..just know these attorneys are going to side with the state..doesn't matter what kind of case. We had a blonde female attorney that wouldn't even take a call, and has never filed anything for us..her advise ..nothing..she doesn't contact the client for anything..she goes to court,agrees with the state that's how it works in olean courts and free legal help. I can afford an attorney. Doesn't help when judge wo t allow us to speak..and no matter judge. This is how it goes in olean.

Honest to god! What DO they help you with?! Every time I have called I get the SAME answer! "Um, no we don't have services for that". So, I repeat, what do they help you with!? A hangnail!? No, wait! They'd probably refer me to someone else for that too! What are they even there for??! Don't waste your time!!

If u can help it…DONT USE THIS SEVICE AT THIS OLEAN LOCATION!!!! They seem to all be incompetent and unwilling to help. Initially, they included my back child support (which I now know is not taxable and therefore not considered as taxable income) into the income calculation and when I called back to ask them to re-evaluate my income, I was sent directly to Brad, a supervisor who was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. He was actually awful. The first time I called I was referred to websites that don’t exist!! Don’t do it…unless ur desperate. I’m not!

Refused to see me so I can request Legal help, because they did not want to pay for my sign language interpreter that is legally required by the ADA law for them to provide.
