Lawyer Sent Letter regarding HOA Matters. Has been unreachable for days, congruent with other reviews.
This law firm represents the AVISTA resort and has sent me a letter saying they will tow my car after I complained to the HOA after almost seven years of living in the condo and being able to park in disabled parking. VERY PATRIOTIC HUH? Just like a lawyer! SMH Disabled Veteran not allowed to park in Disabled parking place in main building even with correct parking placard and licence plates. General manager called my room and said I had to move my car to 7 story parking garage across the street (Under Construction) even though I told him it was beyond my physical abilities. I have never been so disrespected, The manager parks his Mercedes suv in main parking garage but tells me they will tow my car If I park in a disabled parking place with proper plates and placard. keep this in min
