The focus group experience was very enlightening. If I was a client with an upcoming case, I would definitely want the law firm to try my case before one of these groups. I think it brings attention to what improvements could be made and any weaknesses that are present. It also gives you an idea as to where a jury may be coming from.

After over 20+ years as a Legal Nurse Consultant, I find these focus groups well organized, professional, and very informative. (I often wondered why we didn’t do something like this before mediation or trial.) What better way to gauge what potential jurors are thinking? What better way to find out what research or experts could be added to boost the possibility of a positive outcome. This firm goes the extra mile to get the best possible outcome for their client or for the firm that hired them. KUDOS for thinking outside the box!
