I hired Morgan & Morgan to represent me in automobile accident where I was injured. I shared my story during the initial consultation in which they said they wanted to take on my case. 45 days later and I hadn't spoken to the attorney on my case to discuss my case further. They kept losing track of documents that I had sent in saying that I still needed to send them in only to dig deeper and find them. I had emailed and called them for over a week to get an answer on signing a document with the other person's insurance company and they never called or emailed me back. Not until i requested my complete case file and to terminate the agreement did I finally hear something back... but 3 days later. I learned that choosing the biggest injury firm in the nation is not always the best decision.

I just tried to call and when I was trying to explain my situation the person on the phone snickered at me and told me I would get a link to their website and once I filled out the info they would tell me if they would be interested in pursuing my case. I fill out the info (date of birth and name) and it says automatically no, they’re not. They got all that from my name and birthdate. Must be nice to make $500,000 a year yet dismiss people like that.

Representation and due diligence for my Injury was minimal or less. Assigned to a new person who just passed the bar and pathetically incompetent, lazy. and seemed uncaring. More but not here. Never recommend this " box store" type.

I had fairly good interactions with this law firm until I personally spoke with lawyer Tina Abbasi. In my opinion, I would say the interaction was insulting, unprofessional and the lawyer's advice was not fully truthful.

Awesome guy on the line 🖤 ! He was so honest and sweet, super understanding with my case.
