I called to find out information to go through probate to see if I could keep the house I have been living in for the past 10 years while I took care of my grandparents who both passed in Oct 11 days apart. Before telling me the cost of service or asking and financial questions I was told he would terminate this call because he does not work for free and I would not be able to afford him. I was highly insulted because while I personally am filing for disability my brother works and my uncle agreed to help some too. I will take my business elsewhere where I will not be looked down upon because of my misfortune.

Not fiduciary at all. Came across them in a business deal. If you want someone to muddy a deal, make things harder, and cost you more money, hire them.
