My experience was significantly different from those advertisements. Key issues during my representation: Failure to Appear/Communicate: Throughout my case, the firm failed to keep me reasonably informed. I have records showing multiple unanswered inquiries. Most significantly, during my first court appearance, no one from the firm contacted me to explain the procedure. My attorney, Kyle, appeared via Webex ten minutes after the proceedings began. Kyle Lorraine is a great example of a waste of money. I obtained him in October with 1/2 of the retainer. He sent in associates to manage my case last minute. The 2nd associate sent in botched my preliminary hearing. What did Kyle do, he ghosted me for four months? I finally got his attention by demanding a refund, then he finally withdrew from my case. He spends a lot on advertising because he will not get notoriety from doing a good job.
