We had a terrific experience with the firm. I took away one star because of their facility. A client was 25 minutes late for their appointment, so it backed up subsequent appointments. Their waiting area is very small, and they only had one conference room, so there wasn’t enough seating for my wife and the several people scheduled after us. As a result, there weren’t a couple clients sitting on the floor in the hall and stairwell outside the office.
