Atty Rennie has been representing our buyer on a real estate transaction. Our attorney has had major difficulty communicating with him as he does not respond to text messages or phone calls. We have carved out a very generous legal document leaving an enormous amount in escrow to finalize this sale. To accommodate our buyer, we allowed her to move her “things” into the house prior to closing. He did not have a release from us, but we soon found out our buyer had moved in. It is now 1 week later and we have no closing documents, no money has been conveyed for our home to our attorney and we are looking at trying to have our buyer leave the premises because of Rennie’s incompetence.
