The office is very pleasant and want to do a good job for you but the legal system is set up for everything to take forever. If you're on the receiving side be prepared to wait years insurance companies count on you not wanting to wait any longer and you just take whatever. Right and wrong means nothing firm earns their money.Thanks team.
