When I recently ran into questions with another title company while trying to sell the property, I reached out to him for advice, which he was happy to give. While looking up his contact information, I realized he also owns a title company (something he had never mentioned or tried to advertise to me). I had Stacy as my closing agent. Incredibly professional and effective. Offered great communication throughout the process of earnest money, wire transfer, and paperwork. To be honest when I tried to wire the closing costs I called about fives times in a fifteen minute window to verify the funds had processed correctly. Stacy remained polite and professional and called me back to put me at ease when the money did transfer. Buying a home is fantastic and having a good title company is essential.

sent closing documents late, closed on a Friday didn't receive funds till Tuesday. No legitimate reason for the delay. Asked for email confirmation of receiving paperwork and never heard back from them. Unfortunately used them when I bought the house and when I sold it, They messed up both times costing me money and time. Attention to detail is not their priority. Any mistakes will bite the customer in the butt, not them . They make sure they get their money.
