My experience with Mr.Brannon’s law firm was very disappointing. After hiring them, communication quickly broke down — my calls, emails, and texts often went unanswered. They failed to represent me in a scheduled court hearing and then dropped my case entirely once I was accused of a crime I did not commit. I understand legal situations can change, but a lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable when someone’s family and future are at stake. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. He sat me down in person and couldn’t tell me that he was dropping me he had his assistant do it via email. I also requested my case files to see what work was done and haven’t received a response, I will be contacting the Florida bar. If you have a serious case this is not the fir

I went through a situation that I hoped would be handled more carefully, but the process felt unclear and unorganized. Communication could have been better, and I didn’t always feel like my concerns were being taken seriously. Things eventually moved forward, but the overall experience left me feeling let down. Mr. Brannon represented my son in a 3 year custody battle that turn out for the win of my son. Great attorney and Ruthy in the office is very informal and on point! Your not just a number in his office , they both know you by name and remembers your case! Instead of the famous line of hang on let me pull your file . Great people to be on your side!

I'm usually I don’t do this but I thought it was disrespectful to me ,that they gave me an appointment for Friday, and I made arrangements at my workplace to go to the appointment, only for them to be closed when I arrived. They didn't call me to cancel it or anything. I really don't recommend them. They have no work ethic.
