Very disappointing. This office lacks communication and empathy for their clients. They refused to send monthly statements or tell us what we were being charged for. Ms. Johnson NEVER called to keep us posted on the work that had been done, if any, nor to inform us of any updates, on our case. When we emailed we would get short answers from her assistant and when we called the receptionist was cold and rude. When we FINALLY relieved her of her duties, she didn't even to attempt to help make things right with our family who is grieving a VERY hard loss. Don't waste your time or your money because she's clearly only in it for the money.

Very disappointing. She was totally unprepared for Court and was unable to answer the Judge's questions. She never even called me to discuss her plan for the Trial nor did she ever return my several messages to call me. When I called there, and asked for her, I was always told, "She is talking to someone'. Melissa is "Zoned-Out" and does not care about HELPING her clients. She was so very rude, demeaning and disrespectful, to me, repeatedly, along with one of her other two employees, who repeatedly screamed at me, which was most unprofessional. Big Mistake in hiring her. She even demanded a lot more money, right outside the Courthouse, right in front of her two female employees, which was MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. No "BREAKDOWN" was EVER offered for the little time, if any, that she put

I would never ever never give this lawyers name out to help a flea. She does not do her job at ALL. Just wants more money more money
