First, she has a clause about being rude in her retainer. I should have walked out of her office right then. Then I had the pleasure of listening in on a couple of phone calls while filling out the retainer contract. She is quick to tell you it is rude to cut her off while talking yet she will do it to you so much that it will make you regret signing that retainer. The neighbor notified me that she was holding onto the video to prove my innocents but no one ever contacted her. The lawyer never issued a subpoena for the video that would have won my case. She never did her due diligence. She never did anything to fight for my case. I would have had the same outcome if i had just represented myself. She was quick to demand payment and then turned into a ghost. Could never get her on the phon

Didn't ever want to call me, couldn't ever get her on phone and when she did call was at 6-7 at night after he business hours. Then she wanted to schedule a appointment day before court date ONCE again and wanted me to come on a Sunday? And then tried to excuse her self as my lawyer and got mad when judge said and and lied and said I yelled at her just to get her way. Very unprofessional and something needs to be done because she's screwing innocent people over.

I can never reach anyone by phone. Miss Churchill is still holding a check for my son and was supposed to be making payments to the court on his behalf. She has yet to do so or contact me after calling her office for months now. Her staff are not doing their job as secretaries to reply to clients. I am very disappointed in their unprofessional behaviors and would like our money order returned, but can't ever get ahold of anyone or my have my calls returned. I don't recommend using her for your court needs.

We originally retained Ms Churchill in 2018 for my husbands custody of his son, she does an amazing job at researching and organizing your documents, and advising you how to keep organized. You can tell she truly cares! My husband has sole legal and physical custody of his son. In 2022 we retained her for my own custody (shared physical and joint legal) of my stepson and I won! Her extensive hard work truly pays off. I trust her completely and cannot recommend her enough!

Never returned calls nor emails. Never filed necessary paperwork to subpoena my witness!!! Does not care about you. Bullied me, so I was attacked by bullying physically then emotionally by her. Maybe if she isn’t court appointed then she will care but if you get her as a court appointed lawyer, I urge you to do whatever it takes to get a different lawyer
