If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Tom looking for help in a terrible situation I know I caused. I took an hour and a half of my vacation time because he was recommended to me. He spent the entire time lecturing me, scolding me. To the point I got so pissed off I didn’t even talk. His “expungement expert” didn’t make eye contact with me and my father once. He sat with his feet up on the desk the entire time. He was a waste of my time. So glad I found a different attorney who actually cared about what questions I had and answered them and didn’t settle for these jerks.

This guys son Taylor was assigned to be my public defender. He was arrogant to say the least. He obviously couldn't care less about me or my case. He told me there was nothing we could even attempt to do because I was guilty. The other defendant paid for an attorney. He was able to work out a bargain in our favor which was offered to me only out of fairness and not because my lawyer did anything. It's literally people like this that give lawyers a bad name. Stay away.

If you ever try to reach the attorney good luck because the woman who answers is VERY rude clearly hates her job and answers the phone like its her personal cell all I'm gong to say is if its an emergency I doubt you will get to speak to the attorney about your issue....HORRIBLE

Was very easy communicating with him and was very helpful throughout the whole process.
