Gayle has strung me along for two and half months promising to call me back and has never once called me. Just because I am not going to make the firm a ton of money doesn't mean I am unworthy of helping. I have a dry well from a lying seller and need help correcting the issue. I am extremely upset I have wasted 2-1/2 months waiting on help here. I can't even speak to anyone else because all calls go to her. Do not use this firm!
Just closed on our first house and couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Matt Ross at Delaney & Fritz, PC. He was always available for any questions we had throughout the process and everything was completed on time, I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to close on a home. Thanks for the great experience and all the guidance along the way!
