Works hard to try to get you what you want. Listens to his clients and is very understanding. His assistant is great as well. He is busy so sometimes takes awhile to get back, but would recommend to anyone. He did more for our property dispute then we ever expected.

My father and I purchased a house on the out skirts if Indiana, Pa and had Chriswell do all the legal paperwork. Everything was going fine, we had asked for updated information on the exact amount for the closing cost which he got to us fairly quickly. The day of closing in the office he comes in and says there was an error after 3 other people and another lawyer looked over paperwork half a dozen times and sent us the exact breakdown of the cost of the house 3 or 4 times that we were $1500.00 short because his ogfice made a mistake. He would not wave his fee because he did not feel that was necessary because he provided a service even though he messed up. So he basically is saying that even though I messed up I do not have to pay for my mistakes. I would NOT recommend this man to any one.
