Loudoun Commonwealth's Attorney

I am livid....just read the article stating the individuals who had a supposed animal rescue in Round Hill and charged with various crimes, their charges have been dropped!!! The Commonwealth's Attorney will not answer to WHY??? So what did they get a slap on the hand and tell them, "now, now, you can't have any more animals. Do you understand? Ok, now go about your lives!" This just demonstrates you can abuse animals and it'll go unpunished. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

Had a negative experience with this Commonwealth Attorney office. As the victim's family in a murder case, we were the last to know that, after expecting to go to trial (as we had been told by the prior DCA), CA Biberaj had decided to give the perpetrator a plea deal. This despite the detective in charge handing the prosecutor's office an airtight case. When she did speak with us, she was condescending and rude, implying that my teen was not capable of forming her own opinions. The DCA in the case told the judge we had agreed to the plea deal when we had not. He was later dismissed from the office because of an unrelated ethics issue.

Eden Holmes is the weakest prosecutor in the county, state, if not the country, possibly the world.

Attorney Buta Biberaj needs to understand that there is zero need for any form of politics in the courtroom. Right is right, wrong is wrong and the law is the law despite any political affliction and personal feelings.

Great prosecutor. Tough on serious crime which hurt people or cause mental/physical harm.
