I was rear ended in my car on the Beltway in stop and go traffic before Christmas and they were recommended, the initial intake was well thought out and then I was assigned to a paralegal Valery who was very helpful and thorough in getting all the details and the sequence of events. I was directed to a firm that finds a suitable doctor and then physical therapy in your area. Suddenly after a mishap by the doctor's staff (gave my id) to another client who left, I was rescheduled. I called the next day to ask where the forms were and he said don't worry you'll never be seen here again! Unfortunately although the doctor was very nice, the front desk was not very well trained and they cried wolf and sadly I lost an excellent firm because some kid wasn't trained at the doctors.
