Hello, Magner. Care to explain why James Marangoni was threatening to sue the Facebook page Bring Ace Home for simply reposting the video of Timothy Gounaud abusing Max on May 6? They didn't defame him. They didn’t even name his business. You know what we call this? Litigation abuse, witness intimidation and retaliation and the nail in his and your coffins. Your little slapp just became the slappback from hell.

I hired Jim Magner to help me with a case against my Landlord and his performance has been "sub-par". From lack of communication, missed deadlines, handing cases to other lawyers in the firm with little to no warning, and overcharging, just to name a few. He exudes a level of indignation and thinks he is untouchable to the point of insulting clients and blaming his lack of professionalism on them. It is my opinion that his firm is unethical and takes advantage of clients.

The only good attorneys at this law firm are Sameera and Meghan. Jim and Jeff are pretentious know at alls that don’t care to help you. They give you the run around about your case and barely keep in contact with you to let you know how things are going. The front desk lady as well named Audrey is also rude and picks up the phone with an attitude every time I call. I won’t be recommending this law firm to anyone.
