Poor (and no) communication. Calls are not returned and after accepting my need for their services I was assigned to Attorney Salvador who showed no concern for me. Would not return calls or provide updates. Missed appointed times to communicate saying others are more important than I am. It appears as if she might base her decision on who she willingly helps based on race rather that whom the Services deemed in need. After 9 months I was able to say to finance own case. It was filed on a week. I had a court date within a month which was postponed two months due to COVID but resolved and compete as of July 7, 2020. 5 month to resolve a case Ms. Salvador would not respond to, possibly because I did not "look" like a person worthy of her attention. Incompetent of law , conflict of interest will result in no help . Even if the other party ended up hiring a private attorney. It’s a race ...who ever contacted them first gets to rule out the other party of the same case, even if it was a different attorney assigned .

I wish I could give you a 10 star rating because you did an outstanding job getting my case resolved in a very short period of time. I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me and will use your services in the future if I need to.

Could not answer a simple law question per personal property. When asked to speak with someone, they hung up on me.

Not very helpful and certainly uninterested in assisting.
