It's incredibly difficult to reach someone to speak with and hold times are very long. What is really frustrating is being on hold for 2 and 1/2 hours and then getting a recording saying they are unable to take your call and to call later. I called Monday through Friday for 10 days before I was able to speak with someone. I was feeling helpful when the agent returned and told me they could take my case. But because it was already 4 p.m. I would need to call back in the morning. Miraculously, the next morning I got through after 45 minutes only to be told I was given incorrect information and I cannot be represented by them. I didn't understand the explanation as to why and when I asked her further information, I was told that he was not a lawyer. What a waste of time.

Every single time I call this place I can't get anybody on the phone. I am on disability and a single dad and I need some legal help, desperately 🙏🏿 Will someone from this office please reach out to me. I've been up to the office but there is a sign on the door says I have to call to make an appointment but can never get anyone on the phone

This place is NO help . I contacted them for help with a previous landlord and him breaching a contract , and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I was in a hard situation and they cared nothing about it . Please, don't waste your time with these fakes. Free services but no professionalism at all .

Kept getting a recording and never actually spoke to a live human. Got frustrated and finally hung up.

They held my hands through the stress of a permanent restraining order and eviction. Very kind and knowledgeable.
