Managing Attorney Robinson and Paralegal Doroha in the Watertown Office did a great job getting my mother's assignment of lease finalized. They were experienced with the subtle issues involved and got done what needed to be done efficiently and economically. Will certainly use again next time around.

Based on a recommendation, we chose the Lebaudy Law Office 5 years ago when we purchased our home. We were so pleased at that time we decided to choose them again for our recent purchase. We are very happy with their attention to details and the timely manner in which the transaction took place.

Sparknote: He was not an advocate, cost us thousands, and treated us poorly when explaining things. We do not recommend him in any way. Last year my wife and I were attempting to buy our first home. We initially had a different lawyer but due to health issues, they eventually were unable to help us close so we switched to Lebaudy. Through almost every step of the process Diego was not an advocate for us. It felt like I was talking to the seller's lawyer most of the time instead of our own. Often making us feel like we had few if any options available to us when it came to negotiating with the sellers, most being repairs on the house. He would just tell me and my wife that a house can technically be sold without a roof, windows, doors, and whatever else and treated us like we had no power

Terrible experience working with Diego Lebaudy. He was the Seller's attorney for a home I just purchased. Highly unprofessional attorney I have ever experienced. Lot of things went wrong from the day offer got accepted. First, he never let us visit one unit saying its tenant occupied, I can visit before closing. We waited 6 months for closing that was promised 8 weeks. He did not know what he was doing tbh. Anyways we went for final walk through before closing and asked to remove junk from Garage that he promised will be done before closing day. We believed him and completed the closing. Visited the property a week later and all debris was there. It was his job to get it done by seller before closing or hold a deposit of $150 as promised. He didn't do his job. No rental permits provided at
