Kristen, such a wonderful attorney I would recommend her to anyone that going through a custody battle and She truly care about people! 2 stars because of excellent receptionist/ secretary. If CPS is involved she will take their lead. Saw both my children for a total of 30 mins between 2 visits about 8 months apart. Never talked with myself or any other agencies involved, school, daycare, CAC counseling, teachers, pediatrician.

This review is for Michael shanley I believe his daughter also works at this place and I'm unsure of her abilities. Mr shanley in my opinion did not do a lot for my case and eventually I had to transfer to another law firm because he was suspended for one year.

Kristen Shanely was my children’s law guardian. She didn’t call the school counselors or teachers to learn about the family dynamics. I was seeking treatment for a disease that now has presented and my children were getting special education services. I have documentation from Buffalo Hospital that my daughter was under stress from the transitions and pending divorce schedule. If the law guardian did her job, she would have know that my daughter has clinical anxiety, clinical transition order, and had to be hospitalized twice for suicidal ideation. In addition, my son was molested by another child on their father’s parenting time.
