Took our 5000 and went on vacation just as he said he would! Red flag! Ignored! Didn’t get diddly for 5,000

I contacted this law firm via e-mail for a SS disability consultation. I provided extensive documentation attesting to my condition. There was no reply after a week. I then phoned the office, and received a lackluster greeting. I was informed that the attorney had been in court a lot. Okay, but could we at least have gotten the process started by having the receptionist call me to acknowledge my inquiry? Another week passed afterwards with no follow-up from the firm. Guess he's still in court. In the meantime, my condition persists and my time has been wasted.
