MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE — PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS FIRM This was my first time ever hiring a lawyer, and unfortunately it has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. In my opinion, this firm took my money and gave me absolutely nothing in return. I came to the Law Office of Borell because I was dealing with a serious situation where a loan company withdrew almost $5,000 from my bank account without my permission. I stop paying the original loan , When the matter went to court, I contacted this firm and spoke with someone named Rafy. He made big promises and assured me that for $3,500 they would handle everything from start to finish. I trusted them. From the very beginning, I asked whether we should file an Answer. I was told “No, just wait to get served.” I NEVER got

When I was sued, I spoke with several law firms before making my decision to hire this firm. The lawsuit against me was frivolous and a waste of time, but Attorney Layer arranged a reasonable settlement with a very positive ending resulting in a nonsuit with prejudice. WARNING, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. i went a year without seeing a judge and they dropped me last minute before the hearing. They did nothing i asked, wasted a ton of time i had to work on my case and were really sneaky with money. They were holding money from the sale of my house and refused to release it to me unless paid in full, then they took an extra 4k for the upcoming hearing. They dropped me before that hearing and kept all the money. They lied multiple times saying they were working on things. They missed deadlines and made my case worse for me.
