Randy’s office handled my last 4 real estate transactions and they were wonderful. I really felt secure that I had the best professionals on my side no matter what issues popped up. They assumed all responsibilities immediately and alleviated so much of the stress I would normally feel going through this process. I could call anytime and speak with Jennifer to ask questions or be reassured that everything was going to work out with bumps in the road and demands from the other party. Another big plus is that I signed for both sale and purchase in Randy’s office instead of needing to go downtown. Mark Gugino made this so easy and quick.
