They called about an account and we couldnt figure out what it was for. They took the time to get the information right without driving me crazy everyday. Once they figured it out they gave me a few options that worked and i got it paid at a discount. Nobody wants calls about money but just like dealing with cops, if you treat it like they are doing a job, they treat you with respect. Other companies have been terrible but this place was pretty easy to deal with.

These folks are so rude and do not need to be in business of collecting any debt. I called the number just to get an actual name of the place so I could send mail correspondence. The first guy had such a nasty attitude because I wouldn't identify myself. All i wanted was the name and address nothing more. If theres a class action lawsuit. I need in.

Call me nonstop looking for my family members wouldn’t explain to me who they were or what they wanted and when I told them, I’m not giving any information without knowing who’s calling me first they cuss at me and hang up.. The only way I was able to find out who it was is I called back from a dummy number and pretended like I dialed the wrong number. Just asking who I got in contact with then I said oh sorry I called the wrong people. They call at least 10 times a day and they won’t stop and every time it’s from a different number they use online burner numbers so you can’t block them.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. This harassing tail compnay is starting to get on my nerves. Yes, I know I owe a bill, but calling me every single day and every hour is not going to get the bill paid off faster. The representative had the nerve to hang up on me. Wow!

I was struggling to get this Debt paid for awhile. When i finally talked to someone about getting it taken care of at ARS, i got Anthony Ferrentino. He helped me get this taken care of in 3 days. He gave me a few options and explained everything , so I knew exactly what he was saying.Being Elderly that I am, he handled every phone call, (as we spoke on 3 different days, )very patiently, and very professional. Thank you Anthony. The world needs people like you, when dealing with such a “Bad Situation “..
